Brandy Taylor has been singing since before she could speak in full sentences! During her youth and young adulthood, she participated in the elite choirs at every level of her education. She served as a choir director for her church congregation for 15 years.
Brandy has a strong background in both Dramatic and Musical Theatre. Some of the more prominent roles she has played would be Marian Paroo in The Music Man, Nellie Forbush in South Pacific, Agnes in Agnes of God, Irene in Crazy For You, Kim McAfee in Bye Bye Birdie, and Woman 1 in the four-person show - Songs for a New World.
A former contestant (4th runner-up) of The 1999 Miss Oregon Pageant in the Miss America Program, Brandy was invited back and hired to be the Featured Performer a few years later. Brandy loves live performance and has always had a joy for singing.
She has been a lead singer in a few bands throughout her adulthood. As one of the lead vocalists in the performance group Kismet, Brandy would occasionally write and always helped arrange the music to be performed throughout the community in the Utah Valley.
A mother of four children, she and her husband Bart, have filled their home with instruments and music, in an effort to help their kids find their own love for music and singing. Brandy feels that any child can find success in all other areas of study when music education is a priority.
